FV bearings have received a large order for rolling mill bearings from European users. This batch of bearings is designed and manufactured according to SKF's TQON/GW. This is a design without spacer ring. Reduced the difficulty of user installation and the probability of incorrect installation. The ring material of BT4-0004 G/HA1 four row tapered roller bearing is SAE4320H (G20CrNi2MoA) carburizing steel, which is a high-purity and high-performance bearing steel. After carburizing and quenching, the raceway hardness of the bearing reaches HRC60+, and the hard martensite makes its surface super wear-resistant. The use of carburized steel to manufacture this type of bearing is the foundation of long service life. Not comparable to those low-priced and low-quality bearings. This is a responsible behavior towards users.
