We usually use polymer composite materials to solve the wear problem of the bearing chamber of the reducer.

This kind of problem is generally difficult to be repaired by the repair welding process, it is not good for the weldability of cast iron, and the welding is easy to cause more serious secondary damage to the parts, also the replacement cost is high and the replacement time is long.

Reducer is a power transmission mechanism, to use a gear speed converter, the power source rotation number is reduced to the required number of rotation, and get the larger torque. And it has a certain amount of axial movement.
