TQO BEARING ASSEMBLY CHART FOR THIS FOUR-ROW TAPERED ROLLER BEARING 

The part number of each component of this four-row tapered roller bearing has been engraved on the part itself. 

A serial number has been assigned to this four-row rolling mill bearing and has been etched on all the component parts. In addition to the etching of the serial number (e.g. U-12) on each part, the letters “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “CA“, “CE“, “BB“, “CC“, and “DD“ have been etched on the parts to assist you in the assembly of this bearing. 

The drawing above clearly shows the location of these letters on each part. 

In addition to the drawing, easy-to-follow instructions for the assembly of this bearing are set forth below: 

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Place the “ACA” double cone inside the “AB” single cup with the “A” face of the double cone at the bottom. 

2. Place the “BB” cup spacer on the “B” face of the “AB” single cup. 

3. Place the “BD” double cup on top of the “BB” cup spacer with the “B” face against the “BB” cup spacer. 

4. Place the “CC” cone spacer on top of the “ACA” double cone. 

5. Place the “ECE double cone on top of the “CC” cone spacer with the “CE” face of the double cone against the “CC” cone spacer. 

6. Place the “DD” cup spacer on the “D” face of the “BD” double cup. 

7. Place the “DE” single cup on top of the “DD” cup spacer with the “D” face against the “DD” cup spacer. 

VERY IMPORTANT 

1. Do not mix components with different serial numbers. 

2. Do not change the mounting alphabetic order of the components.  

There are many design types of four row tapered roller bearings, such as TQO, TQOG, TQOW, TQOGW, TQOGWE, 2TDI, 2TDIW, 2TDIGW, 2TDIGWE, SRNB(TQOS), TQI, TQITS and other evolutionary series.
