FV has just produced the rolling mill bearings HM266448DGW-410-410D for an Indian steel plant

The roll neck bearing HM266449DGW-410-410D is produced by us for a well-known cold mill plant in India. This bearing is used in reciprocating wide plate rolling mills. 

In the early stages of our collaboration. Indian customers have many concerns. Worried that the lifespan and reliability of bearings cannot replace expensive original bearings. FV bearing engineers provide users with the most powerful solutions. Firstly, FV's drawings are completely based on the original drawings. The dimensions and precision of the bearing components have reached and exceeded those of the original bearings. Secondly, TIMKEN-3311 carburizing steel is selected as the raw material for the bearing, which is the basic condition for the bearing to resist impact loads. Then, the dimensional accuracy of FV's four row tapered roller bearings reached P6, and the rotational accuracy reached P5. The lifespan of the bearings was also fully explored. Finally, the internal clearance of FV meets the original B.E.P requirements. And the TQO bearings produced by FV greatly compress the mutual difference between the three clearance measurement points.  

The customer felt the quality of FV bearings by using their four row tapered roller bearings. And it also greatly reduces procurement costs. We have been cooperating with this Indian steel mill for 3 years now. And the customer has purchased more other types of bearings from FV, such as support roller bearings and Roll table bearings
