The screw-down bearing 105TTSX918 is produced by FV for JSW STEEL in India. This bearing is used in wide plate mill stander.
This type of bearing is commonly used in heavy-duty rolling mills. A type of bearing used to adjust rolling thickness. It has super strong axial load-bearing capacity. The service life and replacement cycle are both very long.
The customer has two requirements for purchasing this bearing.
1. The size and quantity of the rollers in the bearing.
2. The large cross-section of the roller should not have any indentations.
3. The entire bearing is made entirely of carburized steel.
These requirements pose no difficulty for FV bearing ice. FV's bearing engineer provided 2D and 3D notifications to JSW on the second day after receiving the inquiry. The customer is very satisfied with our proposal and design. After 80 days of manufacturing. This batch of rolling mill bearings has been successfully shipped. And it was air shipped to Mumbai, India.
